In a hole under the bridge, opposite the sadly defunct Cynthia’s Cyber Bar. Terribly important fat men, like dollops of lard dropped into a Saville Row suit, clutter the area in front of the bar, clearly exhausted after another day asset stripping what remains of British industry and raiding company pension funds for a nice quick profit. The sharp-minded business acumen and vast intellectual resources needed to dream up yet more of these tax-evading wheezes is doubtless the reason why they are not able to move out of the way in order for mere mortals like me to get a drink. So I didn’t bother trying.
